Selmer Inc. Company in Elkhart ,Indiana.I purchased this in 1970 when I was in band at school.My teacher was very intellectual on music and helped me to get this cornet.It is brass and is in very good condition,with a couple small spots that aren't as shiny as brass can be because of where you hold it in your hand.It has 2 mouthpieces with one being the original Selmer and the other being a reynolds 7c,valve oil,cleaning rag and tool.It comes in the original casewith deep red plush interior.The case shows some wear on the edges,but otherwise functions well.This would make someone a nice collection piece that knows instruments.
