It is an incredible instrument and it is in excellent condition, showing only normal wear! You will not be disappointed with this one. It is an amazing player as well! This instrument hhas beautiful, even checking across the entire top. The ONLY issue, whatsoever is three tiny screw holes, where the original owner had their 53 trapese tailpiece installed.
