It is new and unused. We think it looks great and can only find a couple of shallow dents on the front to account for the factory's rating. Please see the photos for details. Retails for $359. This oud has the classic tear-drop shape. The stave construction of the bowl is accented with three different woods of alternating colors; Two types of Egyptian Laback wood and a rich Rosewood. The three round sound holes have rosette inserts and are rimmed by decorative wood inlay. The soundboard has a light finish. There are twelve strings in six courses of two each (nylon and nylon wound). The nut to bridge measures approximately 23.5 inches. This is a beautifully decorated instrument.
